About

A studio that ships on its own deadlines.

Most production companies tell you what they could make. We publish every week on channels we own, and the numbers are on the homepage.

The short version

Mayday Media is a content studio built around Trevor May’s channels. What started as one person making videos is now a full production operation — writers, editors, producers, designers and camera — shipping across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitch and podcast feeds.

Running our own slate taught us the unglamorous half of this business: the scheduling, the review loops, the version control, the chasing. So we built software for it, and we run every project through the same pipeline — ours and yours alike.

That’s the whole pitch. We’re not an agency renting out freelancers. We’re a working studio with spare capacity and a process that already survives contact with a weekly deadline.

How the studio runs

One pipeline

Every piece of work — a brand read, a client’s podcast, an episode of our own — moves through the same stages: written, filmed, edited, reviewed, delivered. Nothing sits in a DM.

A real review loop

Cuts land as versions, not attachments. Notes are pinned to the timecode, so “fix the bit at 4:12” is a comment at 4:12 rather than a paragraph someone has to decode.

Numbers we publish

Audience and view counts on this site are read live from our own analytics, and any source that stops reporting is dropped rather than quietly carried forward. Right now that's 901K across 7 platforms.
